Thank Goodness for Lauren & Dave at Edge Computers!
I quite often work remotely from home - typically over a weekend - and I need computing hardware and software that really works...and when it doesn't it has to be fixed quickly and painlessly.
When my PC, WiFi or printer does let me down, Lauren and Dave never do. Nothing is ever too much trouble and alongside their amazing can-do approach and extraordinary knowledge and efficiency you also get tremendous value for money and a consistently smiley service....even when I've been a complete goon and allowed all sorts of uninvited "bugs" into my system to have a bit of a cyber party....
We are very lucky to have them on our doorstep in Beccles, very lucky.

I cannot recommend Edge Computer Solutions in Beccles highly enough.
Last Friday my gmail just stopped.
To cut a long story short, l had no idea what to do, and called Edge.
They were amazing as always, and took complete ownership of my issue.
Today, we are all up and running again.

Being self-employed and technically somewhat inadequate, Lauren and Dave are my saviours and have rescued me from desperate situations on a number of occasions. They never make me feel silly and have saintly patience when I call or pop in. I recently purchased a laptop from the shop after having a nightmare experience with all the major companies...*cough Dell cough*i wasn't sure what sort of laptop i was after so i gave Edge a budget and within a couple of hours they had found a number of suitable laptops. I chose which one i felt was best and they got it in next day!! unlike the 4 month waiting time for Dell.The laptop was even delivered to me after hours because i was out all day, it came with free software that they installed for me..i honestly couldn't recommend this company high enough and i will be purchasing all of my computers from there for a long time to come.

They off great service, i have only gone in there a couple of times. the first was because my 250 watt psu had blown and so i went in there and they advised me that a 450 watt will be suitable and sure enough it has stayed working even with the almost 24/7 use that i give it . the second time was for some printer inks that i needed for my printer, and everywhere else i went they didn't have them but i go into edge and they have the exact compatible ones that i need . I will definitely be getting all of my PC parts from them in the future.
